You have been tasked to develop and run a pilot for an Academic Writing course for the Higher Education Institution at which you work. This will involve developing the online Academic Writing course, implementing it, running it and evaluating the impact of the course on the students' academic writing skills.

Inclusions: Design of the Academic Writing course, publication of the Academic Writing course on the Institutions online learning platform, and troubleshoot issues with the online resources; employ, brief, train and manage the online lecturers; evaluate the impact of the Academic Writing course with a baseline measure for the students academic writing skills, their engagement with the course, and subsequent level of Academic Writing skills.

Exclusions: Achieving a profit; involving all first-year students; marketing the Academic Writing course.

Timelines: Year One Students enrolled in Induction to Academic Studies in Term 2.

Develop a 3-level Work Breakdown Structure using the project scope information above.
