Using that homeworks are worth $35\%$ of the grade, the quizzes $55\%$ and the final project $10\%,$ calculate the weighted average. The weighted average formula will be $($homeworkAverage $*0\mathrm{.}35)+($quizAverage $*0\mathrm{.}55)+($projectGrade $*0\mathrm{.}1).$ Print it in a sentence with the user$$s name and course name.

Use floats for ALL decimals, including casting.
