Problem Formulation 1. Formulate the Missionaries and Cannibals problem. Three missionaries and three cannibals must cross a river using a boat which can carry up to two people. On each bank, the number of missionaries cannot be less than the number of cannibals. If this is ever the case, then the cannibals will eat the missionaries.
