• At least 25% of garbanzos
• At the most 10% jasmine rice

Moreover, Flor can obtain 150 lbs. of bulgur wheat at $1.25 per lb., 100 lbs. of garbanzos at $0.87 per lb., and 75 lbs. of jasmine rice at $1.79 per lb. for the next months production by ordering whole grains in bulk on the internet. The other caveat is that at least 100 pounds of the Bake-Me blend need to be made available to cover the next months demand at the Farmers Market.
