Why did this product or service blow your mind and exceed your expectations 3. What other competitive products or services have you used before or after and where did they fall short 4. Based on your research and understanding, explain the development of this product or service from its origin to the moment of your delight and to what it is now 5. What course concepts we have learnt in the class were applied towards the creation and development of your product or service? How can you confirm that these design thinking principles and techniques were helpful towards the final outcome (provide examples)
