Identification of hazard Choose a Tabuk based company/facility as a case study and identify at least five hazards which have the potential to cause accidents. Describe each identified hazard in detail and use pictures/illustrations for explanation purpose. 2. Risk assessment Use risk assessment matrix to assess the associated risks with hazards identified in step 1.
