Identification of hazard Choose a Tabuk based company/facility as a case study and identify at least five hazards which have the potential to cause accidents. Describe each identified hazard in detail and use pictures/illustrations for explanation purpose. 2. Risk assessment Use risk assessment matrix to assess the associated risks with hazards identified in step 1. You can consider the following categories when assessing the risks. o People (employees, visitors e.g. suppliers & customers) o Equipment (damage to various types of equipment available in the facility) o Environment (e.g. effect on surroundings)
