• Think about global trends and how they relate to your work environment. In other words, is your environment already diverse? Or does it have a long way to go?
• Does your work practice affirmative action? Are there policies in place to make it a more inclusive environment? Or are many or most of the decisions made without input from employees making it more exclusive?
• What would you like to see happen? What is your vision for a diverse workplace?
