My answer:

week 2

A worldview refers to an organized web (inter-related factors) of primary procedures and beliefs that define how an individual/ group of people view life and reality. Using the knowledge they have one gets to interpret situations through reasoning and thus get to act accordingly as guided by this belief system. This set of beliefs may be guided by several elements including one's belief in; epistemology, cosmology, metaphysics, theology, anthropology, axiology, and even teleology.

A leadership philosophy is a belief system that directs ones decision-making process and it is guided by one's core principles, values, and perspectives which are all a product of a worldview and/or its elements. A worldview directs a leader to understand who they are, how theyll lead, what they put on the table for their followers thus making their leadership much more focused and intentional. Thus, we note that ones worldview influences ones decisions and behavior thus shaping ones leadership philosophy and commitment.
