How might you define your own leadership style as it pertains to being a faith-based educator in todays times?

From what you have read and gained so far in class, what sources might you cite to help support your thoughts?

I have been able to apply my leadership style though various positions that I have obtained in my life. I am currently a high school Spanish teacher at a private school in my town. This is an obvious position of leadership that I take seriously as all eyes are on me. I teach sophomores to seniors and they observe my every move, including my social media. As much as I discouraged them from following me this is not something I can control. So not only am I a leader in the classroom I am a leader in just how I share my life. This is important to note as I express the leadership style that I belive I most relate to. Before I was an educator I was in full time ministry, once again my everyday actions and life reflected on the church therefore I was a leader. I stand by the understanding that as Christ followers we are all, always leaders. Which is why the behavioral approach I believe I most relate to is the behavioral approach.
