To convince his daughter with his wishes, Johan promised his daughter, Hanis to give his bungalow worth 1 million upon her marriage to an old man chosen by him. Thereafter they had a disagreement and Johan refused to transfer the said bungalow to Hanis claiming that the contract lacks consideration 2. Ahmad's neighbor, Mr Lim went for a vacation. While Mr Lim and his family were away, Ahmad heard Mr Lim's dog howling in pain. He arranged for the dog to be sent to the vet. The dog needs an immediate operation and the medical cost came to almost RM3,000/-. Upon Mr Lim return, he promised to reimbursed Ahmad the medical cost and a token of appreciation of RM1,000/- for saving his son's favorite pet.
