Thereafter they had a disagreement and Johan refused to transfer the said bungalow to Hanis claiming that the contract lacks consideration 2. Ahmad's neighbor, Mr Lim went for a vacation. While Mr Lim and his family were away, Ahmad heard Mr Lim's dog howling in pain. He arranged for the dog to be sent to the vet. The dog needs an immediate operation and the medical cost came to almost RM3,000/-.
