If you wish to have the discontinuation reviewed, you are required to write a letter to the Chair of our program and explain your situation/reasons regarding the discontinuation. Key points in your letter should include, but are not limited to, what is now in place to allow you to be a successful student in our program. The letter you write will be reviewed by your teacher(s) and provides feedback for the Chair to review. The Chair provides the final decision. You should receive an email within 10 business days or sooner with the decision and next steps.
