If you wish to have the discontinuation reviewed, you are required to write a letter to the Chair of our program and explain your situation/reasons regarding the discontinuation. Key points in your letter should include, but are not limited to, what is now in place to allow you to be a successful student in our program. The letter you write will be reviewed by your teacher(s) and provides feedback for the Chair to review. The Chair provides the final decision.
