Please explain why this there 6 pi electrons, I thought that there were 4 pi electrons because the Nitrogen next the hydrogen it's lone pair can't delocalize because the Carbons next to it if they have a double bond it would exceed the octet.

I thought they were 12 pi electrons because the Nitrogen next to the double bond oxygen, can delocalize.
