Name of Project: Max Lionel Realitys Customer Goodwill Program
Company background:
Max Lionel, a real estate developer, established Max Lionel Realty (MLR) in 2008. Since its inception, a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV). An array of customers' real estate needs is taken care of by the company's client representatives. Real estate and land development are two more areas of investment. As of now, the company employs about 100 people.
How project was triggered:

Scope Definition
The scope of the plan covers the following aspects:
- Inform the agent of his or her responsibilities in terms of legal and ethical requirements, particularly with regard to WHS and anti-discrimination laws.
- Promote high standards of professional behavior in line with the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV) Code of Conduct and relevant laws.
- Informing customers, renters, and potential customers about MLR's obligations is step number three in.
- Obtain buy-in for the effort from employees and clients.

- This means that all of the necessary technology is operating at full capacity.
