Scenario X company has decided to implement a new ERP for overall data integration and improved performances. This is an end to end software connecting all departments in the organization with each others and some outside stakeholders such as vendors, customers etc. This will require a very high investment of money and time. Also, a lots of changes will take place in workplace practices as this is going to become a compulsory skillset required for everyone in the organization to be able to use the software or part of software to handle their business function. You are a small team in X company (department can be any, your choice). You are a mix of different individuals.
