This homework will help you learn and utilize 3-point PERT (Beta), Triangular and Hi-Risk (Beta) distributions to create estimates. You need to utilize the spreadsheet model (Excel) in the files as a start point. 1. I want you to create your own tasks (of any project you'd like to consider) to replace the tasks I have in the two current sheets. You need to at least do the same number of tasks I made, but you can go over if you wish. This will give you the schedule 3-point PERT and Triangular estimates. 2. You need to create a new Hi-Risk estimate. Review the office hours from last week, if you can't remember what that is. This will be your 3rd sheet. 3. You need to repeat the process for all three estimate types, but now use cost instead of schedule. Thus, you will have 6 sheets, 3 for schedule and 3 for cost estimates
