He approached Rex and gave him two cheques of HK$3 million and HK$80,000 telling Rex that he wanted to buy the shop and all the handbags. They intended to sign two separate contracts to conrm the sale transactions. Explain to Tony whether the two contracts are governed by the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26). (10 marks) Angel owned a diamond necklace which worth HK$80,000. Last month, Angel sold her diamond necklace to Five Fook Diamond Ltd. The contract for the sale of the diamond necklace between Angel and Five Fook Diamond Ltd. provides that the ownership of the diamond necklace is reserved to Angel and will be transferred to Five Fook Diamond Ltd. only after Five Fook Diamond Ltd. paid the purchase price. Aer Five Fook Diamond Ltd. obtained the diamond necklace, the company did not pay Angel aer payment day expires. Eric is the owner of Five Fook Diamond Ltd.
