Please give some discussion for the below question:

Undertake some research on a recent corporate scandal which may have developed over the last year or two in Canada or in another country. Based on your research, what do you believe were the drivers (root causes) which created that scandal? If you were to provide consulting services to a company (in general terms), what high level recommendations would you bring forward to a CEO which may create an environment that decreases the likelihood of having companies experience the public and financial humiliation of being exposed to unethical business practices.
