Problem $3$:This will be an $$instrumented$$ version of Problem $2$ which uses registered callbacks rather than surcharged functions for all operations. Instrumentation will consist of registering all callbacks that are for errors and exceptions as well as those callbacks that are for basic operating requirements. Each error$/$exception callback will increment a counter for that error$/$exception type before returning to the program.

The IOT board is to receive streams of serial data at $115200$N$81$ sent $$as fast as possible$$ from the PC$.$ The data will consist of ASCII characters $($the contents of text files$).$ The IOT board will convert each character received into its two$-$character hex$-$ASCII value, and echo those back to the PC$.$ Both Rx and Tx data on the IOT board are to be buffered with ring buffers in order to maximize throughput, and XON$/$XOFF flow control signals to the PC will be used by the IOT board to modulate the rate of received data

For Problem $3,$ use HAL$\_$UART$\_$RegisterCallback$()$ and register all callbacks.
