Please Help Asapp Every day, we encounter someone in a leadership role, whether at school, at work, at home, at a retail store, or at any number of other places! Sometimes, we might even encounter leadership roles without knowing it or being aware of these leaders!

For this activity, you will definitely take notice of leaders and those in leadership roles so that you can then observe, evaluate, and analyze these leaders.

Your assignment is to watch your principal, pastor, work supervisor, or anyone else you are in contact with who is in a management or leadership role. Observe them as much as possible and as unobtrusively as possible. Make mental notes (or actual notes) of the manager's demeanor; how they exude leadership; how they interact with co-workers, customers, and other people around them; and any leadership traits or skills that you see in action.

Then, after you feel that you have gathered enough information about this person's leadership/management skills, write a short essay describing the style of leadership the person appears to be using. You will want to include any behavior or traits that you observed, analyzing how and why these impacted or implicated the leadership style.

You may also want to consider answering questions like these:

• What actions or behaviors did you observe to help you identify the leadership style?
• Were you able to tell whether the style used seemed appropriate? If so, how?
• How were you able to determine the leadership style being used?

Feel free to include an evaluation and explanation of anything else that pertains to what you observed in terms of leadership skills, traits, and styles.
