please help Create a macro that adds a column before the Product Sales column.

hint: don't select the entire column and insert column....you need to insert cells and move cells to the right.

resize all sales$/$numbers columns to $15$ width...this ensures that whatever your user enters in the new column will fit

have the user's cursor end in the first cell of the new column so that they are ready to start typing.

Make the macro easily accessible by your user. Insert a shape somewhere under your table, near cells A$10$ and B$14...$somewhere in there. It can be any shape you want.

add text to the middle of your shape that says "click to insert column"

click off your shape, then right click on your shape and select "assign macro"

assign your macro to the shape

click off the shape and then hover over the shape to see what your cursor does.

In your newly inserted column, add the header "Maintenance Sales" and enter $22,060$ and $17,400$ as your values.

Click your macro assigned shape to add another column, and name the column "Open and Closing Sales". Use $49,840$ and $35,274$ as the values.

Right click anywhere on the Quick Access Toolbar at the very top. Go to Customize Quick Access Toolbar.

in the main dialogue box, at the top, pull down the arrow and change it to "Macros".

find your macro in the list

click add and then OK

notice the new add$-$on to your quick access toolbar. Try it$!$

take a snip of your quick access toolbar and put it under your data so I can see it

Use the QuickAccess Toolbar macro icon to add one more column. Label it Brenda's Sales and use $100,000$ and $200,000$ for sales
