Please help create a Work Breakdown Structure(WBS Diagram) for a project with the following deliverables :
1.1 A PowerPoint document developed based on the article 1.2 A fifteen-minute in-class presentation based on the PowerPoint 1.3 Five multiple choice questions based on the article 1.4 An Excel document of project planning activities 1.5 A WBS diagram 1.6 A summary of total cost
Here are the requirements for each deliverable:
Deliverable 1.1, 1.3, 1.4 Online collaboration tools must be used for all document editing tasks. A same file should be used from the beginning to until it is being submitted. This will ensure the verifiability of your work. Submission means to include the instructor as additional editing author of the document. It does not mean to submit it to the D2L drop box.
Deliverable 1.1, 1.2 It will be a 12 minute long presentation followed by a 3 minute Q&A time. The number of slides should be 12 page minimum, 15 page maximum. All team members must present. A more detailed guidelines will be provided at a later time. For the list of articles, please refer to Appendix A.
Deliverable 1.3 Each question should be designed to test the understanding of the kernel of the article. All team members should contribute to the process of designing the questions. The instructor will release the questions as the form of weekly assignments to the member of other teams. Deliverable 1.4 The following components should be included: code of accounts, WBS, RAM, budget and schedule estimates, and communication plans. This document will be made available to all classmates on the day of the presentation. Deliverable 1.5 Miro.com must be used to plot the WBS. WBS diagrams will be made available to all classmates on or after 2/9/2022. Deliverable 1.6 To keep track of the total spending, it is important for each team to maintain a shared Excel document to update the cost as they incur. The team will be required to submit the summary of cost at the end of the project. Please refer to Appendix B for the cost table
