The prospective client's RFP provides only rough structural drawings and site location but has indicated a bias towards finding new and innovative designs to foster "a built environment that is environmentally responsible, healthy and beautiful" (i.e. their corporate brand). Your firm's Director of Design has tasked you with setting-out a work plan for the design team she will establish. What skill sets should be on the team and how should they be organized into an efficient project unit? This might not be the usual given the need to factor-in innovative environmental design and the need to substantiate benefits relative to costs (L.e. relative to the "same old" buildouts)? What steps should the team follow to generate a top-quality proposal for the prospective client
