FLG $($Finger Licking Good$)$ Chicken Shack, like most eating establishments, saw a significant increase in

their Drive Thru business because of the COVID pandemic. The establishment originally was intended as

a casual sports bar and a DT window was added as a convenience feature for customers who want to

pick up a meal to take home. However, with the restrictions put in place because of the pandemic, the

DT was the only source of revenue.

DT$\text{'}$s have limited capacity dictated by their speed of service. For example, if it takes $1$ minute to make

change and deliver the product to the customer, then they can only serve $60$ customers during that

hour. Originally, FLG did not have any problems serving their drive thru clientele. However, now they

noticed that it was common to see cars leave the waiting line and take their business elsewhere.

"General" Tso, FLG$\text{'}$s owner, had watched with envy how McDonald's was able to handle their DT

business and was contemplating adding a second window to his DT$.$ The first window would be used to

receive payment and make change and the second window would be used to deliver the completed

order to the customer. However, before committing, he wanted more evidence that a two window DT

would be a good investment.

Xiao Tso, the General's son, had recorded the customer and service data during the peak hours when DT

capacity was an issue. He has turned this data, shown below, over to you in hopes that you can help him

decide.
