Please help. I do not need the answer, I need the process. I am desperate to understand the integration process for this. I have a test soon. I just want to see why I keep getting the integration wrong, and to do so$,$ I would like to see the steps you take to set up and solve the integration. Professor will not allow us to use the formula method, so please don't use it$.$ If you do not feel like doing all $3,$ just do the trapezoid. I will settle for at least one. I just need to see in detail how to do it$.$
