PLEASE HELP IN JAVA:

Ask the user for a date (in the format above), and trap them until they give you a valid date - not just the format but (for example) 45/60/3000 is invalid.

Do the same for phone number (but in this case just the format, not the numbers - because I have no idea what is valid as a telephone number).

Java has Regular Expressions. I expect you to use a regular expression for the phone number and another for the date. You will have to go further with the date because you will have to check whether 45/60/3000 is a valid date. Watch for LEAP YEARS!
