S.W.O.T. Analysis: Strengths: Friendly customer Service. Products are made with local produce and items. Business ties with other local businesses Fairly low prices Weaknesses: Surrounding restaurants that are open for more hours. Gas stations. Limited parking Inflation Opportunities: Expand to new locations across the city. Monitor food quality as well as customer service to prevent bad reviews Open for more hours throughout the day by hiring more employees. Threats: Bad reviews. Low food quality. Supply-chain issues. Food-shortage. All the other tacos business in the Valley.

Eddies Tacos operates in three locations in the valley. The original store opened in San Juan, Texas, the second store is in Pharr, Texas and the third location is in McAllen, Texas. Each store has an average size of 2,500 sq. feet. The 3 locations consist of 11-12 employees each. Each store has one owner, 2 managers, and 8-9 subordinates. Their organizational structure is a hierarchy where the subordinates report to the managers and the managers report to the owners.
