2-3 page (double-spaced) No written single paragraph rather than a well organized paper. It needs a clear intro and conclusion with well-organized paragraphs in between with each addressing a single topicridea. We often talk about prejudice and discrimination at individual levels. but we really need to think about it structurally as well. What institutional practices unfairly disadvantage people of color? What about women? What about people with disabilities? Consider other groups and identities if you wish as well. How can these systemic issues be addressed
