Sites such as glassdoor com, indeed.com, and careerbliss.com have reviews written about thousands of companies and what it is like to work at those firms. Choose a large company you are familiar with. Next, go to that company's website-especially the part of the website that describes career opportunities and what the culture is like at that organization. Also, read posts the company has placed on various social media platforms describing what it is like to work at that firm. Then, read about the company on the career websites just men- tioned. Write a two- to three-page report to your instructor that demonstrates what the organization says the organizational culture is like and then compare what is on the company's website with the anonymous reviews posted on websites such as glassdoor.com.
