Please help me interpret these results from a statistics analysis I ran in spss for this research question I made: Does awareness of complaints on social media that made the school take action influence college students' perception of the effectiveness of social media as a tool to complain about their school?

I don't fully trust my understanding of the results and what it means for my question.
