In other words, I will look at how thorough you are in utilizing established ethical terms and concepts that we've covered in the class. Your essay should display a strong understanding of ethical application and analysis. IMPORTANT: As a part of your framework, you should include analysis of the stakeholders and and how different stakeholders are impacted by the scenario.

Position and Argument Strength (Including counter-point argument) (35%)

As with most ethical questions, the question posed to you on the exam will not have a right or wrong answer. Instead, you must take an ethical position and argue that position using logic based upon your ethical framework. A reader doesn't have to agree with your position, but one should understand your position based upon your analysis and argument. Utilize a persuasive writing style to tie your concepts together in a coherent fashion. IMPORTANT: As a part of your argument, you should include a counter-argument (opposite your position) and effectively address this argument with a form of rebuttal.

Conclusion (15%) Your conclusion should reiterate your position and briefly summarize the main points towards a conclusion.
