a Develop the system curve for the system represented in the Figure by solve the conservation of energy equation for the head added hP using the lower reservoir as your first reference point and the upper reservoir as your second reference point. Neglect minor losses using the Darcy Equation.
b For the system shown in the Figure compute the system curve using the HazenWilliam Equation. Assume that the C value for the suction and discharge pipelines is for both. Keep the length and diameter the same and neglect minor losses once again.
c Create a graph comparing the system curves created using the DarcyWeisbach and HazenWilliams approaches. Show both lines on one graph as opposed to created two separate graphs
