The first step in the Decision-Making (D-M) Process is to define the problem. The problem here is the pediatric allergy urgent care center has been successful and has grown too big for the current facility and you must relocate the business. You and your team must work this out. Using the other six steps (must name them) in the D-M Process, make a scenario giving examples and detailed explanations for each step based on the problem described above.
