Please help me to provide full HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code for the FAQ pic shared below

Scenario :
when you click on the FAQ arrow in the FAQ question, the FAQ arrow will rotate 90 degrees down without changing the FAQ-arrow position  (which is present in the FAQ question);  just change the FAQ-arrow background color to light gray (#F0EEE6) with a circular background, and display the FAQ-answer. Clicking the FAQ arrow again will rotate it -90 degrees up, hide the FAQ answer, and reset the FAQ-arrow background color to #FFFFFF.
