Problem:

You are a HR Manager of Alpha Bravo Charlie Inc., a family-owned firm in Alberta. The government recently announced that the province is moving from Phase 3, back to Phase 1 of the reopening and the restrictions of Phase 1 will be back in place.

1) Write a memo to all staff and officials giving them the detailed steps that need to be taken in accordance with the AHS and Government of a Alberta guidelines.

2) Then compose an email to the CEO Alex Alpha, explaining the situation and asking the approval to send out the Memo you have drafted.
