Please help me understand how I figure out my theoretical yield and the percent yield. This is for the Lab Experiment Oxidation of Cyclohexanol to Cyclohexanone.

0.155 g actual measurement of cyclohexanol ---- is this the reactant?

0.101 g actual measurement of glacial acetic acid

2ml of 6% sodium hypochlorite

Initial weight of empty beaker was 30.244g and the final weight of beaker with product is 30.351g indicating there was 0.107g pf product collected. The theoretical yield is ??? and the Percent yield is???? Please show step by step so I can learn this and so I can do it foe the rest of the semester with my Labs.

I know it is something like: grams product = grams reactant x (1 mol reactant/molar mass of reactant) x (mole ratio product/reactant) x (molar mass of product/1 mol product) But can you show me step by step using my figures. Thank You.
