At the conclusion of the Scoping Phase, the Team seeks approval of the Scoping Report & project$$s cost estimate, which is the budget the project must be developed & delivered. In the Scoping Phase, there is often limited information & data available to analyze & consider prior to developing the initial cost estimate.
