Please help me with the justification for my scope management class.

The following WBS was prepared for a summer project for a family garden. You don't know how it was prepared (Section 5.2.1, Practice Standard for WBS) but have been asked by the project manager to review the WBS and provide your assessment on whether or not it meets the core characteristics that every WBS must have. The statement of work for the project includes the following: The garden will contain at least 5 vegetables and must fit in the 10' x 12' patch of land in the back yard. The garden must be planted before June 15th and harvested by 31 October. The phases of the project include 1) Garden Plot Preparation; 2) Garden Maintenance; and 3) Garden Closing.
