Please help me with the physics experiment below! I need answers in about 30 min!

The topic of this physics experiment is Show that the energy stored in a spring is 1/2 kx^2. You need come up with an experimental procedure to make the required measurements, do the experiment, and then write up a report on what you did and what you found out. The report should include:

• an abstract
• an introduction that explains why the experiments you did are important and lays the groundwork for the rest of the report
• a procedure that clearly describes how you carried out your experiments so that someone reading the report could reproduce what you did
• a results section that includes all relevant data and any plots that are necessary to get to your result. Make sure to explain the data in the plots and comment on any sources of error
