The business I have selected is to open an Ice Cream parlour wherein we serve premium-beautified desserts and host parties giving ultimate customer satisfaction. We are a one-stop-shop for desserts (fusion of cultural desserts)

Here is the BMC:

Value Proposition: We believe in serving customer delight by offering beautified desserts and a comfortable dining experience. We are competing on providing a wholesome experience (not merely product)

Key Resources:

- Purchasing Land to start the store and the Machinery to keep the desserts cool, mixers etc. for preparing the core product

- One of the key resources are the key people:

- Key resource is the required flavors, syrups etc to prepare and decorate the desserts

- Sound interiors for the dining experience and give the premium feel.

Key Activities:

- Establishing the dining place.

- Fresh Sourcing desserts, milk, and other raw material to decorate and maintain the desserts

- Serving the customers, waistline management, order taking and efficiency in preparing the orders

- Training the employees in customer service, order taking and fulfillment of the order.
