It should be "out of $10$ times" not "out of $5$ times". You did not convert the number of times to the lowest masker level correctly. $1$ time should be $0$ dB$,2$ times should be $3$ dB$,3$ times should be $6$ dB$,$ and so on$.$

Your discussion is not correct. Were your results consistent with the V$-$shape tuning curve? According to the V$-$shape tuning curve, as the masker frequency gets close to the signal frequency of $1000$ Hz$,$ signal detection should be more difficult, leading to less number of signal detections and lower masker level needed to mask the signal.
