The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between work environment, co-workers influences and lack of required skills towards healthy work environment in Penang, Malaysia manufacturing sector. The results of the measurement scales in this research had convincingly met the standards of reliability of the analysis. Confirmation of the hypotheses indicated that independent variables had a positive relationship with dependent variable used in this research.

This research had achieved and proved all the objectives put forward by the researcher. In this study, the researcher had concluded that work environment, co-workers influences and lack of required skills affect healthy work environment in Penang, Malaysia manufacturing sector. Previous similar studies conducted by civilians also shared the same findings. Therefore, this research is important to understand how work environment, co-workers influences and lack of required skills are related to healthy work environment having positive impact on the well-being of employees with disabilities.
