Simple sketch effect: Using the following 3x3 filter to create a sketch style of a picture on your local drive. You can download a picture from UTD website or use your own picture. Display the sketch style picture. An example output is as below. You can try to adjust the filter for better effect (and bonus!). Submit your picture so that the TA can see the effect you wanted.
