Using what you learned in chapter one and two, demonstrate to a senior colleague that you know how to apply and monitor existing customer service standards in the workplace. After this process, make suggestions - using clear arguments - for change to existing standards and procedures.

Demonstrate your ability to assess customer feedback from a variety of sources, and consult other appropriate sources, to plan for the implementation of procedural alterations. When this is done, effectively communicate this plan to all relevant colleagues.

Demonstrate your ability to oversee a team of employees who are in the process of implementing changes. Provide them with guidance and training, while monitoring performances against agreed timeframes.
