Most goods and services are correlated with the performance of the economy. For most goods and services, consumption tends to increase when the economy is good. These are known in economic terms as normal goods. However some goods are negatively correlated, such as instant noodles, inexpensive beer and wine, or canned soup. These are known in economic terms as inferior goods. In your opinion, is healthcare a normal good or inferior good? Is the correlation strongly positive or strongly negative? Explain your response
