Clean Youth for Better Future (CYBF) is my an hypothetical organization that develop a program with a specific intervention that dealing with Adolescents (8^th graders to 12^th graders) with drug abuse and addiction. For instance, the organization mission is to Eradicating adolescent drug abuse and addiction for a healthy nation. The intervention will be 12 months in length and I have been given a budget of no more than $100,000.

The questions are:

How to provide Organizational Plan. Briefly discuss the resources that have to carry out the program, including staff (class and qualifications) and tangible resources such as office space, clinic space, computers, etc.
