Assignments: 1. Leader Profile Paper: You should select a contemporary leader of a public corporation, non-profit, or governmental entity. Most firms will often have more information available through their website and other publicly available sources. Using a variety of sources, write a paper about the leader that includes the following: Introduction/leader background Leadership/management path Leadership behaviour/motivational style/personality traits Performance - good and bad What makes this person a great leader? This assignment will be done in groups. The presentation should be in a PPT format, at least 12 slides. Pictures, videos and etc. will be welcome provided they will enhance the presentation. Marks will be awarded based on the content, the manner of presenting, appearance of members etc. 2. Discuss your personal SWOT analysis.
