Assignment Description

The case study is based on a real case. In the decision, you will find an analysis of the numerous forms evidence, entered by the parties. Almost all forms of the evidence studied in the course are identified.

Read the decision in the caseCowles v. Balac,2005 CanLII 2038 (ON SC). As you go through the decision, note each form of evidence presented.

Identify at least one example of each of the 20 forms of evidence from the list below. If you cannot identify a form of evidence in the case, you must indicate NF - not found. If your indication of NF is correct, you will receive a mark. However, if that form of evidence exists, you will not get the mark.

In your submission, indicate which paragraph you located the form of evidence and BRIEFLY state what the evidence is that you have identified.
